摘要
回肠后部的移行性综合肌电(MMC)与回肠中部MMC3个时相规律一致,并从回肠中部移行而来;通过回肠末端终止于回盲口。回肠后部的MMC在移行终止于回盲口的过程中,除有与回肠中部相同的3相周期外,偶发的附加Ⅲ相在回肠后部明显增加,慢波频率逐渐减少(13.54±0.17次·min-1;11.50±0.21次·min-1,P<0.05),峰电峰值也渐减弱(102.61±2.29μV,68.49±1.42μV,P<0.01)。盲肠的综合肌电与回肠不同,不分3个时相,只有电活动期和静息期。
The migrating myoelectric complex (MMC) in the distal ileum migrated from the middle ileum and ended at the ileocecal orifice.At the same time,the number of the extra phase Ⅲ was significantly increased and freguency of slow waves was gradually decreased(13.54±0.17 ,11.50±0.21 cpm,P<0.05 and the amplitude of spike was also on the decline(102.61±2.29 μV,68.49±1.42 μV,P<0.01).
