新疆细毛羊回肠和盲肠综合肌电的活动规律

The Activity of Regularity of Myoelectric Complex in the Ileum and Cecum of Fine Wool Sheep of Xinjiang

回肠后部的移行性综合肌电（ＭＭＣ）与回肠中部ＭＭＣ３个时相规律一致，并从回肠中部移行而来；通过回肠末端终止于回盲口。回肠后部的ＭＭＣ在移行终止于回盲口的过程中，除有与回肠中部相同的３相周期外，偶发的附加Ⅲ相在回肠后部明显增加，慢波频率逐渐减少（１３．５４±０．１７次·ｍｉｎ－１；１１．５０±０．２１次·ｍｉｎ－１，Ｐ＜０．０５），峰电峰值也渐减弱（１０２．６１±２．２９μＶ，６８．４９±１．４２μＶ，Ｐ＜０．０１）。盲肠的综合肌电与回肠不同，不分３个时相，只有电活动期和静息期。

The migrating myoelectric complex (MMC) in the distal ileum migrated from the middle ileum and ended at the ileocecal orifice.At the same time,the number of the extra phase Ⅲ was significantly increased and freguency of slow waves was gradually decreased(13.54±0.17 ,11.50±0.21 cpm,P<0.05 and the amplitude of spike was also on the decline(102.61±2.29 μV,68.49±1.42 μV,P<0.01).
