运用投入产出法等定量技术，从产业化的高度对“九五”期末新疆畜牧业的初级产品规模和主要加工行业规模进行了研究，并从市场体系和政府责任等方面对畜牧业产业化的条件培育做了较为深入的探讨。

Applying input output technique and other quantitative methods the article studies the scale of primary products and the main processing industries of Xinjiang animal huslandry's from the point of industrialization. It discusses the condition cultivating of animal husbandry industrialization on the respects of market systeem and government responsibilities.
