Analysis the risk elements of influencing construction enterprise win the bid based on AHP method

针对影响建筑企业中标的风险因素,运用AHP法对相关风险因素进行分析和计算,根据计算结果得出指标层报价风险和编标风险以及对象层投标报价违规、投标文件格式不符等对中标影响较大,从而为建筑企业投标提供决策依据。

Against to the risk element influenced building enterprise winning the bid,the related risk factors were analyzed and calculated with AHP method.According to the calculation result,it concluded that the index layer quoting risk and object layer quoting price getting out of line,the bid format disagreement had large influences in wining the bid,therefore provided decision making reference for construction enterprise submitting tenders.
