摘要
针对施工企业投标报价的重要性,分析了影响施工企业投标报价的因素,根据工程项目投标报价的特点,提出了编制和确定报价的科学方法与技巧,以提高施工企业的中标率和经济效益。
Aiming at the importance of the bidding quotation in construction enterprises,the paper analyzes the factors which influence the bidding quotation in the construction enterprises,points out the scientific methods and skills for the compilation and determination of the bidding quotation according to the characteristics of the bidding quotation in engineering programs, so as to increase the bidding rate and economic benefits of the construction enterprises.
