摘要
主要分析了我国农村县乡公路当前现状及完善农村公路养护管理体制的紧迫性,并对如何完善农村县乡公路的养护管理体制提出了具体的改进措施,以推进农村公路实现全面协调的可持续发展。
The paper mainly analyzes present situation of county road in our nation and urgency of consummating the maintenance and management system of county road,it also proposes relative measures to consummate the maintenance and management system of county road,so as to push the sustainable development of county road.
