摘要
在透明塑料隔离器中进行了鸡败血霉形体人工发病试验,结果30日龄SPF来航鸡在NDV、IBV弱毒诱导和70/1000000(质量分数)氨环境刺激的联合作用下,致病率可达100%(7/7)。经鸡败血霉形体S6克隆致弱株SCF156代培养物点眼、滴鼻免疫后10,20,30d的SPF来航鸡再以MG强毒攻毒,结果,保护率分别达80.0%(4/5),75.0%(3/4)和87.5%(7/8)。近期免疫效果证明,鸡败血霉形体S6克隆致弱株SC有良好的免疫原性。
A model of artificial infection of Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) was established in isolators. 30 day old SPF Leghorn chicken stressed by inoculation of attenuated NDV, IBV and challenged with MG in an atmosphere containing 70/1 000 000 ammonia showed 100% (7/7) airsacculitis. SPF Leghorn chicken inoculated by aerosol and ocular instillation with attenuated MG cloned strain SC were challenged respectively with virulent strain 10, 20 and 30 d postinoculation, and 80.0%(4/5), 75.0%(3/4), 87.5%(7/8) of chickens were protected from the airsacculitis, while 100% of control chickens developed typical airsacculitis. These initial results indicated that MG cloned avirulent strain SC could effectively produce the protective immunity 10 to 30 days postinoculation.
