摘要
本研究制作了6种兔抗中国淡水鱼主要病原菌(鳗弧菌,弧菌Ⅰ组淡水亚弧菌,嗜水气单胞菌,柱状嗜胞菌,荧光假单胞菌和鲁克氏耶尔森菌)的纯化抗体,用间接荧光抗体法与各病原菌以及来源于水环境和鱼体分离菌发生反应。结果,抗各病原菌抗体在1∶500稀释后,只与其相应菌株发生特异性荧光反应,而不与其它病原菌株以及水环境和鱼体分离菌株发生特异性反应,并可在100min内定性检出抗原。作者推测,此法能用于检测中国鱼类病原菌的并发、继发和混合性感染。
A indirect fluorescent antibody technique was evaluated as method for identification of china fish pathogens including Vibrio anguillarum E 3 11, Vibrio group Ⅰ Freshwater subgroup SGL 85 4 2 strain, Aeromonas hydrophila 58 20 9 strain, Cytophaga columnaris G4 strain, Pseudomonas fluorescens 56 12 10 strain and Yersinia yuckeri SC 90 2 4 strain. Six antibodies against these pathogens were prepared for the indirect fluorescence test. For the indirect technique, six primary antibodies were obtained from rabbits immunized with formalin killed bacterial cells and the fluorescent antibody was prepared from sheep immunoglobulin G of antirabbit immunoglobulin G. These results suggest that the indirect fluorescent antibody technique may be widely used for detection of fish pathogens in china.
