摘要
针对核聚变装置EAST极向场电源系统性能和故障诊断的需求,利用传感器、信号调理电路、DAQPXI-2204数据采集卡、VMIC-5565反射内存卡以及工控机完成数据采集系统的硬件设计,介绍了基于VC++6.0和设备驱动DLL技术的Windows环境下数据采集程序的编制。该系统能够实现对极向场12套电源电流和电压信号以及预设电压信号的高速采集,为分析电源性能状态、诊断电源故障提供了充实的依据。
Aiming at the needs of performance and fault diagnosis of poloidal field power supply system of the nuclear fusion device- EAST, data acquisition system is designed. The whole system is composed of some related sensors, signal conditioning circuits, DAQ PXI-2204 data acquisition cards, a VMIPCI-5565 reflective memory card and Industrial Personal Computers. Also, programming method of data acquisition program based on VC++6.0 and device driver DLL techniques under Windows environment is introduced. The high speed data acquisition for current signal, voltage signal of twelve power supplies is realized, which provides a substantial basis for the diagnosis of power supply fault and the analysis of power supply performance condition.
