恩诺沙星可溶性粉防治人工感染雏白痢试验研究

Studies on Proventation and Treatment Effects of Pulvisenrofloxacinsolubilis in Artificial Infectious Chick White Diarrhoea

用标准鸡白痢沙门氏菌制备各浓度菌液。按麦氏比浊法测定最适菌液浓度为９．０８×１０－５，含菌量为９．０８亿个．ｍＬ－１。雏鸡腹腔注射最适菌液０．３ｍＬ，已成功的复制出败血型雏白痢。按预防浓度２５～５０μｇ．ｇ－１，给人工感染雏白痢雏群饮服恩诺沙星可溶性粉水溶液，对雏白痢的保护率达９８．７５％～１００％。分别比对照药诺氟沙星、庆大霉素、氯霉素等药物保护率提高１２．５％，２．５％，３．７５％及２．５％，３．７５％，５％；相对增重率提高１４．９６％，１１．５６％，１４．４８％及１５．６７％，１２．２７％，１５．１９％。按治疗浓度５０～７５μｇ．ｇ－１，给人工感染雏白痢雏群饮服恩诺沙星可溶性粉水溶液，对雏白痢的治愈率达９６．６７％～１００％，分别比上述对照药的治愈率提高６．６７％，１０％，１１．６７％，相对增重率提高１５．５９％，１４．５３％，１７．５２％。

Chicks were injected in the abdominal cavity with 0.3mL bacteria solution containing 908 million Sallonella Pullorum/mL. Caused an artificial infections chicks white diarrhoea characterized by septicemia. Pulvisenrofloxacinsolubilis was given in the drinking water to prevent and treat above disease. Preventive density was 25～50μg.g -1 and treatmental density was 50～75μg.g -1 . Control group was given Norfloxacin and Gentamicin and chloromycetin etc. In the experimental group,the protective rate amounted to 98.75%～100% and cure rate reached 96.67%～100%. Results showed that both the protective rate and the cure rate of Pulvisenvofloxacinsolubilis in the experimental group were higher than that of other drugs in the control cless nd differences were significant ( P<0.01,P<0.05). In the meantime,compared with the control group the relative rate of increasing weight had been raised.
