摘要
研制成功了用于沟底不平度动态模拟试验装置振台位移信号检测与反馈的电感式传感器,和用于检测插秧机扶手和机头振动对水田沟底不平度动态响应的线位移传感器。试验研究结果表明,这两种传感器结构简单,工作可靠,线性好,精度高,造价低,使用调整方便。特别适合检测超低频大振幅位移信号。
An inductor-type vibration displacement sensing device which was used on the developed transient simulating device and a spring-type displacement sensing device which was suitable for measuring very low frequency and very large amplitude were developed. The sensing devices with the transien tsimulating device were used to study the transient response of transplanter for paddy field hardpan roughness. Experiment and analysis results showed that the developed sensing device had the advantages of simple structure, reliable performance, good lineary, high accracy, and low cost. It is also proved that the devices are easy to be used and adjusted.
