摘要
目前国内很多矿山采用普通打卡考勤系统作为矿井出入坑监控的手段,一定条件上改善了对出入坑人员的监管水平,但这类系统速度慢、距离短,严重的影响了人员出入坑的速率。本文提出采用微功耗2.45G微波射频识别技术和设备,研发了构建在矿山局域网基础上的远程全自动出入坑监控系统,该系统射频标签封装在矿帽中,可以有效地避免冒打、代打的情况。同时,这类系统识别速度高,距离远,可极大提高出入坑监控的效率。目前该系统已在大红山铜矿投入实际应用,运行效果良好。
Many domestic mines were currently using simple card attendance management system to realize staff accessing activities monitoring, which could certainly improve the monitoring effectiveness to a certain degree. However, such systems could just identify in relatively slow speed and in short distance, which seriously hinder the speed for staff to acces. This paper presents the technology and equipment of energy saving 2.45 G microwave radio frequency identification system (RFID system). In this system, radio frequency tags were equipped in mine caps, so it could effectively avoid the case of pinching card for others. At the same time, such systems were able to identify in high speed and in long distance, and thus the staff accessing activities could be more effectively monitored.
