摘要
针对贯流风机的性能参数检测方式的现状与技术难点,采用现代测试和传感器技术,设计了一种基于VB6.0的贯流风机性能参数检测装置。此装置通过上位机与单片机检测系统的通讯实现系统的检测功能,完成了贯流风机性能数据采集及处理、特性曲线绘制及数据库管理等功能,测量结果表明检测装置提高了贯流风机性能参数检测的精度和稳定性。
In view of present situation and technical difficulty of the detection mode of cross-flow fan＇s performance parameter, the modern test and sensor technology are used to design the detection device of cross-flow fan＇s performance parameter based on VB6.0. The function of detection device is realized by communication between host computer and MCU detection system. The acquisition and treatment of cross-flow fan＇s performance parameter, drawing of characteristic curve and management of database are completed. The detection precision and stability of cross-flow fan＇s performance parameter is increased according to measurement result.
