摘要
通过对凯氏定氮法和整个系统控制原理的分析,介绍了基于单片机的测定物质中氮元素含量的测控系统,该系统分别采用ATMEL公司单片机ATmega16为控制核心,实现了消煮炉恒温控制;采用单片机ATmega128为控制核心,结合步进电机驱动进行标准溶液的滴定,实现了准确测定物质中氮元素的含量。文中给出了系统软硬件设计方案,对其实现方法及其关键技术进行了研究。实验结果表明该系统工作稳定,测量数据准确,具有一定的应用价值。
The paper analyzed Kjeldahl method and system control principle firstly ,then introduced a system of detecting the content of Nitrogen element in organism.The system selects the ATmega16 and ATmega128 singlechip as the control core. Its software and hardware design scheme,key technologies and implementation were presented also.It has been proved by tests that the system is good at practice in stablility and the content detecting,and will be of great applied value.
