摘要
随着电子技术发展,自来水及水暖收费管理也将朝着电子化、信息化方向发展。本文设计了一种基于单片机控制的低成本,高可靠性流量计费式供水控制系统,通过使用涡轮流量传感器,将用户实际用水量转化为电脉冲,送入单片机,从而实现智能流量控制。该系统集成度高、可靠性强、功耗低。本文主要介绍了系统硬件结构设计和软件思路。
With the development of electrical technology, the charge management of running water and plumbing appears a tendency towards computerization and informationization. A low cost and high reliability water-volume-control system based on single-chip computer is designed in this paper. The actual water volume consumed by users is transformed into electricity pulse and sent into single-chip computer to realize the intelligent volume control through a turbine volume sensor. The system has the advantages of high integration, reliability and low power loss. The paper mainly introduces the hardware structural design and software mentality.
