本文基于电力电子装置的实际工程调试需要设计出了一款带液晶显示的通用控制器。该控制器采用TMS320C2812作为为控制芯片,使用中文液晶菜单进行操作。控制器通过菜单设定对相关设备的控制命令,同时对接收到的电参数进行实时显示。另外,控制器还可以通过DA接口将接收到的数字电量转换为模拟量方便使用示波器进行实时波形显示。该控制器支持RS232、RS485、CAN通讯和以太网通讯协议,通讯方式灵活,便于各种设备的调试。

The paper presents the design of a universal controller with LCD for the actual debugging and developing needs of power electronics devices. The controller, applying a LCD menu and the TMS320C2812 as central processing unit, supplies real-time display of the electrical parameters received from the devices as well as the on-line setting of the control coefficients and the sending of commands. With DA interface, the controller offers several programmable analog channels for an oscilloscope to display, and it communicates with other equipment through RS232 bus, RS485 bus, CAN and Ethernet, controlling the equipment concerned simultaneously.
