试析跨专业学术沙龙对高等中医药院校研究生创新思维培养的意义

Analysis of the Significance of Trans-Major Academic Salon to the Cultivation of TCM Postgraduates' Innovative Thought

学术沙龙作为学术交流的一种重要形式已有数百年的历史。目前,各高等中医药院校的研究生培养存在专业间交流较少,临床与科研缺乏有效结合等问题,这将不利于研究生创新思维的培养。通过建立跨专业的学术沙龙,使各专业研究生形成"头脑风暴"及由此产生的创新火花将成为高等中医药院校科研原始创新的关键。为了更好地认识和发挥跨专业学术沙龙的作用,对高等中医药院校跨专业学术沙龙的定义、历史沿革、对研究生创新思维培养的意义、组织形式和流程进行了探讨。

Academic salon as an important form for academic exchange has been existed for hundreds of years. At present, the TCM postgraduates have less academic exchanges between majors , and scientific research and clinical work are disconnected to some extent, which hinders the cultivation of innovative thought of the students. Through the establishment of the trans-major academic salon, a ＂brain storm＂ and the innovative sparks stemmed from it will become the key of initiative innovation. In order to better understand the role of the trans-major academic salon and make it into full play, the paper tries to discuss about its definition, history,its significance to cultivation of the postgraduates＇ innovative thought, organizational forms and nrocess.
