滚珠丝杠进给系统试验台与自动回程限位电路的设计与分析

Analysis and Design of Ball-screw Feeding Test-bed and Self-Return Circuit

设计并建立了高速加工性能试验台,在此基础上设计了试验台自动回程电路保证了试验的方便性。通过试验台的反复试验获得了相应的试验曲线,在此基础上对试验曲线进行了综合分析与研究,达到了预期对高速滚珠丝杠系统性能分析的目的。

In this paper, firstly performance experiment of high speed CNC are designed .Based on this the self-return circuit are designed for accessibility. Corresponding curves are obtained through the tests, compositive analysised and researched from the curves for studied the properties of ball screw of feed system.
