基于CAD/CAM的盘盖类零件造型和加工过程优化设计

The Otimization Design of Modeling and Processing of Plate-shaped Parts Based on CAD/CAM

针对计算机辅助设计与制造技术在盘类零件生产过程中的广泛应用,提出了一种利用CAD、CAM软件相互结合,提高专用零件的设计和刀具路径设计效率方法。使用这种方法可以突出SolidWorks软件在零件设计和修改方面的优势,又利用了MasterCAM软件在刀具路径设计、模拟加工方面的优点。

According to the widely used of the CAD/CAM technology in the field of plate- shaped parts processing,a new method was introduced about how to improve the efficiency of the design and processing of the special parts. The advantage of SolidWorks in the part design and modification was pushed out,and the advantage of Mastercam in the tools path design and analog process was used also.
