摘要
在分析了目标车选换档摇臂受力情况的基础上,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS11.0完成了其应力分析,为结构改进和最终设计提供参考,并完成了选换档摇臂的三维实体建模和选换档机构的虚拟装配设计。
In this paper, the stress of the targeted vehicle's electing and shifting rockers was analyzed by FEA software ANSYS 11.0 based on the analyses of its force bearing condition, affording reference for the structure improvement and its final design. The 3D models of the electing and shifting rockers were built and the virtual assemble design of the electing and shifting system was also completed.
