摘要
目的:比较观察冷袋外敷和短波透热治疗输精管结扎术后痛性结节疼痛疗效。方法:将输精管结扎术后痛性结节患者随机分为两组,分别接受局部超短波理疗和冷袋外敷两种不同处理措施,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)对止痛效果进行分析。结果:VAS等级评分冷袋外敷低于超短波透热(P<0.05)。结论:冷袋外敷治疗输精管结扎术后痛性结节止痛效果优于短波透热疗法。
Objective： To compare the curative effects of cold compress therapy and short wave diathermy therapy on the treatment of tuberculum dolorosum after vasectomy. Methods： The patients with tuberculum dolorosum after vasectomy were randomly divided into 2 groups, the cold compress therapy group and the short wave diathermy therapy group. And the effects of pain relief were analyzed using visual analogue scales （VAS）. Results ： The VAS score of the cold compress therapy group was significantly lower than the short wave diathermy therapy group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The cold compress therapy is superior to the short wave diathermy therapy for its better effects on the treatment of tuberculum dolorosum after vasectomy.
