Peter Berman:Fund-raising Strategy for Health Reform

PeterBerman教授提到，中国正在进行宏大的卫生改革。卫生筹资是非常重要的一部分。

Peter Berman is a well-known health economist, and an Adjunct Professor of Population and International Health Economics at Harvard University. He was invited to China Health Economics Institute this July as an expert of Health Fund-raising. Professor Berman said, Fund-raising plays an important role in the ongoing health reform, and government will have little control of the whole health system, if it couldn't control funding. He pointed out that the cooperative health in the countryside is a helpful try.
