手足口病的治疗观察

Experience on treat hand-foot-mouth disease in children

目的:观察喜炎平联合核黄素磷酸钠、利巴韦林治疗手足口病的效果。方法:将40例手足口病患儿,分为治疗组和对照组,各20例,治疗组采用喜炎平联合核黄素磷酸钠、利巴韦林治疗。结果:治疗组8天治愈率95%,对照组为50%,两组有显著差异P<0.01。结论:喜炎平联合核黄素磷酸钠、利巴韦林治疗一般手足口病有很明显的疗效。

Objective： To study the effect of Xiyanping zhusheye and R lboflavin sodlum phosphate fir injection and Ribavirin injection in treatmenting hand-foot-mouth disease（HFMD）. Methods： 40 children with HFMD were randomly dividea into two groups as observe.20 cases as treatmenting group. 20 cases as contrasting group.Results： The cure ing rate is 90% in treatmenting group and 50% in contrasting group. Two groups have significant diffrernce（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Xiyanping zhusheye and riboflavin sodium and Ribavirin injection have good effect in treatmenting hfmd.
