摘要
依据层层自组装技术(LBL)、采用了溶剂/非溶剂法制备了聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)空壳微球,然后将其添加到基材PBS当中,考察了该微球对基材PBS热劣化以及堆肥降解的影响。结果表明采用这种W/O/W的方法进行微球制备,当内水相添加量为3mL,占油相体积20%时,空壳微球粒径主要在80—130μ之间;添加空壳微球的基材与纯基材相比,热劣化时力学性能下降减缓,并且堆肥降解速度增加近1倍。
Based on layer-by-layer assembling technique, poly butylene succinate (PBS) hollow nlicrospheres are prepared by the solvent non-solvent method, and then added into PBS-substrate. The effects on thermal degradation and degradable behaviors of PBS-substrate are investigated.The results show that when volume of inner water phase is 3 mL, which is 20% of the oil-phase, the microspheric particle size mainly shows a distribution between 80 um and 130 μm. Compared with the pure substrate, the mechanical properties of substrate added with microspheres can be better maintained under heating, and the compost degradation rate nearly doubles.
