基于ASPEN PLUS平台的生物乙醇制生物乙烯的工艺优化 被引量:1

摘要 生物乙醇与生物乙烯的过程耦合是降低生物乙烯成本的重要途径。在充分分析生物乙醇制乙烯工艺的特点后,以ASPEN PLUS模拟软件为平台,对乙醇分离与乙醇脱水反应过程的耦合进行了优化设计,优化后的工艺流程节省蒸汽73%,节省能耗6%。 The coupling process of bioethanol production with bioethanol conversion to bioethylene is a cost effective way for bioethylene production. After the analysis on the process characters of bioethanol conversion to bioethylene,an optimized coupling process of ethanol separation with ethanol dehydration reaction is developed using the simulative software of ASPEN PLUS,the vapor consumption and heat consumption after the process optimization is done are reduced by 73% and 6%, respectively.
