膀胱癌中MCM5和PCNA基因的表达及与临床病理因素的关系

摘要 目的:研究膀胱癌发生发展过程中微小染色体维持蛋白5(MCM5)和细胞增殖核抗原(PCNA)表达的意义及其相互关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学S-P法分别检测30例膀胱正常黏膜及膀胱癌标本中MCM5和PCNA的表达情况。结果:①MCM5和PCNA在膀胱由正常向癌转变的过程中,表达逐渐升高(P<0.01);②MCM5和PCNA呈正相关(相关系数rs=0.922,P=0.000)。结论:①MCM5和PCNA在人膀胱癌组织中蛋白的表达上调;②MCM5和PCNA在人膀胱癌组织中蛋白的表达与癌细胞分化程度和临床病理分期(UICC)密切相关;③MCM5和PCNA在膀胱癌变过程中能很好地反映细胞的增殖状况。 Objective:To study the significance of minichromosome maintenance 5(MCM5) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) protein expression in the bladder tumor and their relation.Methods:The MCM5 and PCNA protein of the bladder tumor were detected by immunohistochemical S-P.The relationships between MCM5 and PCNA expression and clinicopathological parameters were analyzed. Results:①The expressions of MCM5 and PCNA were gradually increased in the course of the bladder carcinomatous conversion(P〈0.01);② Which were positively related to their (rs = 0. 922, P = 0. 000). Conclusion: (1)Up - regulated expression of MCM5 and PCNA are obviously in human bladder tumor; (2)Expression level of MCM5 and PCNA protein in human bladder tumor tissue is correlated with differentiation degree of cancer cell and UICC; (3)MCM5 and PC- NA can well reflect cell proliferation in the course of the bladder carcinogenesis.
