原发性高血压患者左室重构与血清脂联素及可溶性细胞黏附分子-1水平变化的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 血清脂联素(APN)是一种在脂肪容量增大时分泌减少的脂肪组织蛋白产物,在抗炎和抗动脉粥样硬化等过程中起重要作用,是人体的保护因子。可溶性细胞黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)是介导炎症过程的关键分子,是血管内皮细胞膜受损后释放的一系列糖蛋白分子。原发性高血压左室重构(Left Ventricular Remodling,LVRM)过程中伴随着多种体液内分泌因素的变化,大量研究显示在原发性高血压患者中,血清APN水平较正常血压者明显降低,sICAM-1浓度水平较正常血压者增高,二者的变化可能参与了原发性高血压患者左室重构的发病过程。 In patients with essential hypertension,APN levels than normal blood pressure were significantly reduced,sICAM-1 concentrations were higher than normal blood pressure.A substantial amount of research has been the attention of people and think about both of essential hypertension and left ventricular remodeling and development of related links.Whether the two will become essential hypertension left ventricular remodeling in a stable and sensitive marker.This article from the left ventricular remodeling in essential hypertension and serum adiponectin and sICAM -1 change in the relationship between the level of synthesis.
