摘要
我国的环境法律制度是在环境管理实践中探索、借鉴和总结出来的,也是在实践中逐步得到发展和完善的。但由于特殊的国情,我国的环境问题呈现出与众不同的原因,随着环境保护工作的逐步深入开展,环境法制建设显得尤为迫切。文章探讨了我国环境法制建设的成因,并对如何加强环境法制建设提出了几点建议。
The environmental legal system in China is summed up, improved and perfected in the practice of actual environmental management. However, due to special national conditions, China＇s environmental problems are caused by different factors from those of other countries and with the deepening development of environmental protection, the construction of environmental legal system is especially urgent. The paper probes into the reasons of the construction and gives some suggestions to strengthen it.
