摘要
太钢第三炼钢厂结晶器液面控制系统一直存在着使用精度差、液面波动大的问题,文章通过对实际生产状况的分析,总结现场生产经验,结合自身连铸机的特点,采用预测控制思想与传统PID相结合,得出一种简易的预测控制算法,在实际应用中取得了良好效果。
Low control precision and big fluctuation of mould level are the main problems of the old mould level control system of NO.3 Steel Making Plant, TISCO. The author analyzed the operation process with abundant site production experiences. Considering the characteristic of the casting machine, a simple prediction control arithmetic has been created, combining the prediction control idea and the traditional PID control. The new control method has made a favorable effect on the production practice.
