摘要
以稀土硝酸盐和偏钒酸铵,用EDTA络合溶胶-凝胶法合成了红色荧光粉YVO4:Eu3+。热重分析结果表明,反应前驱体在650℃左右分解完全;X-射线衍射结果表明,前驱体在650℃下焙烧可得到纯相YVO4:Eu3+;扫描电镜结果显示,产物的形貌为类八面体,EDTA络合溶胶-凝胶法制备的样品粒径小于高温固相法;光致发光结果表明,利用EDTA络合溶胶-凝胶法在650~950℃范围内均可制备发光性能良好的荧光粉。将荧光粉封装在InGaN近紫外芯片上制作了LED器件,测定了器件的电致发光光谱、色坐标等参数。
Red-emitting YVO4:Eu3+ phosphors were synthesized by the EDTA sol-gel (ESG) method with the raw materials of corresponding metal nitrates and ammonium metavanadate. The TGA results showed that the precursor decomposed completely at about 650℃. The XRD results showed that the pure phase phosphors could be prepared at a relatively low temperature. The SEM images revealed that the morphologies of the products were octahedron-like, the grain size of the phosphors made by ESG method was smaller than that by high-temperature solid state (SS) method. The PL results indicated that phosphors with good luminescent property were prepared via ESG method at the temperature range of 650- 950 ℃. Red LEDs were fabricated by InGaN chip and YVO4 : Eu3+ phosphors prepared by ESG and SS methods respectively. The electroluminescence spectra and the CIE parameters were measured.
