摘要
为了克服多指标综合评价法和数据包络分析(DEA)模型的局限性,以多指标综合评价法得出的绩效评价值为基础,使用面向输出DEA模型的求解结果和面向输入DEA模型的求解结果,构造了3种绩效调整公式对多指标综合评价法给出的绩效评价值进行了修正.对于不同投入规模的生产单元,修正后的绩效评价值比DEA结果更加合理.使用者可以根据评价工作的目的选择其中的一种绩效调整公式.
To overcome the limitations of multiple-parameters evaluation and data envelopment analysis (DEA), this paper proposes three kinds of adjusted performance formulas to modify the result achieved by multiple-parameters evaluation method, according to the result achieved by input-oriented and output -oriented DEA model. The adjusted performance is more reasonable than DEA model for production unit with different input scales. Users can choose one of the adjusted performance formulas according to the aim of the evaluation.
