焙烧对蒙脱石晶体结构和物化性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 分别在450℃和650℃条件下对新疆柯尔碱膨润土进行了焙烧,并对焙烧前后膨润土进行了X射线衍射分析、阳离子交换容量测试、Zeta电位测试、红外光谱分析。结果表明:蒙脱石在450℃焙烧后已全部脱去层间吸附水,层状结构完整,此时阳离子交换容量变化不大,但电动电位有较显著降低;650℃焙烧后,蒙脱石脱去八面体中的羟基,层状结构仍然保持,物化性能上,阳离子交换容量显著降低,电动电位与450℃相比变化不大。 Bentonite from Ke' rjian, Xinjiang, was calcined at 450℃, 650℃, respectively, and the X-ray diffraction, cation exchange capacity (CEC) test, Zeta potential test and infrared spectral analysis were carried out in this paper. When the montmorillonite was calcined at 450℃, the interlayer absorbed water was removed and the layer structure kept complete, and the CEC changed little. But the Zeta potential decreased significantly. As for the montmorillonite calcined at 650℃, the hydroxy among the octahedra was removed while the layer structure kept unchanged, and the CEC decreased significantly. The Zeta potential showed little change in comparison to that at 450℃.
