摘要 FDI可以为东道国带来资金、生产技术和管理经验,引进利用外资是发展地方经济的有效手段。本文通过问卷对宁夏外商投资企业的生产经营及研发活动、配套服务能力、投资环境评价进行调查,分析FDI的技术外溢效果,找出了宁夏在吸引外商投资方面存在的问题,并为宁夏今后吸引FDI提出了对策建议。 FDI could bring funds, productive technology and management experience for the host country. Introduction and utilization of foreign investments are effective means to develop local economy. Through questionnaires, the essay studies the operation, R ＆ D activities, industrial auxiliary capability and investment environment evaluation of various foreign enterprises in Ningxia. The essay also analyzes the spill - over effect of FDI, finds out the problems in attracting foreign investment in Ningxia and provides specific policy proposals for Ningxia to invite FDI in future.
