内镜治疗口腔颌面部良性肿瘤的临床体会

Clinical experience of using endoscopic technique on maxillofacial benign tumour

目的报告内镜技术治疗口腔颌面部良性肿瘤的体会。方法对23例颌面部患者良性肿瘤的患者实施内镜手术,所有入路均采用发际内或耳垂后隐蔽切口,观察手术效果。结果所有病例均成功完成手术切除,术后无伤口感染、皮下血肿和气肿出现,美观效果好,未见复发病例,患者满意度达100%。结论在内镜引导下行口腔颌面部良性肿物切除手术可取得满意的效果。

Objective To report the clinical experience of applying endoscopic technique on maxillofacial benign tumour. Methods 23 patients with maxillofacial benign tumour were chosen. They were treated with endoscopic technique whose entrance was all within hairline or behind auricular lobule. The operation effect was observed. Results The operation were all successful. There was no patient showed wound infection, ecchymoma, aerocele and recurrence after operation. 100% patients were satisfied with the operation effect. Conclusion Endoscopic technique can successfully applied on maxillofacial benign tumour.
