摘要
用枯落物浸提液生物鉴定的方法,研究马尾松对自身种子萌发及幼苗生理活性的化感影响。结果表明,马尾松对各发芽指标、光合色素含量以及氮、磷吸收的影响均表现出高促低抑的作用规律;对质膜相对透性和钾元素吸收的影响,表现为促进效应;而对光合速率和蒸腾速率的影响,则表现出低促高抑的作用规律。
The allelopathy of Pinus massoniana L. on the seed germination and physiology activities of Masson Pine seedling was studied, using the biological identification method with litter extract solution. The resuits showed that the effects on each germination index, chlorophyll content and nitrogen and phosphorus absorption , the Pinus massoniana L. presented a trend of promotion in high concentration and an inhibition in low concentration. The cell membrane permeability and potassium absorption were increased with different concentrations of Pinus massoniana L. While the effects on photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate the Pinus massoniana L. presented a trend of promotion in low concentration and inhibition in high concentration.
