摘要
采用微卫星分子标记(SSR)对贵州省2007~2009年参加区域试验的20个小麦品种(系)的遗传多样性进行了研究。结果表明,12对引物共检测到46个等位位点,每对引物等位位点数在2~7之间,平均为3.83个。聚类分析表明,品种间遗传距离(D)变异范围为0.116~0.526,平均值为0.321,SSR标记能将全部材料区分开来,20个小麦品系可分为5类。本研究表明,采用核心引物进行不同小麦新品种的遗传多样性分析,对小麦新品种的特异性检测和品种保护是一种有效的手段。
The genetic diversity among 20 wheat lines, which had been taken part in Guizhou province field trial in 2007 -2009, was investigated by using SSR markers. The results showed that a total of 46 allelic loci were detected by a set of 12 primers. The number of alleles per primer pair ranged from 2 to 7, with average 3.83. Cluster analysis showed the average GD of the wheat varieties breeding was 0.321 ,ranging from 0. 116 to 0. 526. The GD among 20 wheat lines was calculated to 5 types based on SSR markers. The results indicated that it was an effective method of specific detection and variety protection using different wheat new variety of genetic diversity with core-primers.
