摘要
采用NCⅡ设计,对11个玉米紧凑型自交系9个主要性状进行了配合力和遗传参数分析。结果表明:772和4106的一般配合力高,可直接利用;06丹5×春2等5个组合具有较强的杂种优势,有一定的增产潜力。遗传参数分析表明:株高、穗长和穗行数主要受加性效应控制,可在早代选择。
By using NC- Ⅱ design, the combining ability and corresponding genetic parameters of 9 characters of 11 maize inbred lines with compact type were analyzed. The results showed that the lines of 772 and 4106 with the higher common combining ability, could be used directly. The 5 combinations including 06 Dan 5×Chun 2 et al with higher heterosis had yield-increasing potentiality. The analysis of genetic parameters indicated that those characters including plant height, ear length, and rows per ear were mainly controlled by the effects of additive gene. So the selection of these characters should be considered in earlier generation.
