球孢白僵菌对马尾松毛虫的毒力与孢子萌发行为的关系

Relationship between conidia germination behaviors and its virulence of Beauveria bassiana against Dendrolimus Punctatus

通过观察、测定６株毒力不同的球孢白僵菌菌株在ＳＤＡＹ培养基平板上的萌发行为及萌发参数发现，白僵菌萌发孢子具有几种萌发形态，单芽管萌发型、双芽管萌发型、三芽管萌发型及拟附着孢型。对马尾松毛虫幼虫毒力的高低，与孢子萌发中时（ＧＴ５０）相关极显著（ｒ＝０．９２４０），与单、双芽管孢子比例（Ｃ１／Ｃ２）（ｒ＝０．８５９８）、及双芽管孢子的长芽管与短芽管平均长度的差值（Ｘ１－Ｘ２）（ｒ＝０．８３７６）均相关显著。菌株毒力与萌芽管平均长度及萌芽管整齐度（ＣＶ）相关不显著。

Different germination behaviorsindexes of Beauveria bassiana strains were observed and measured on the plate of SDAY medium.Several germination figures were observed as following,single germ tube type,double germ tube type,triple germ tube type and appresorium like germination type.Strain virulence to the larvae of Dendrolimus Punctatus was relative to these following parameters:half germination time(GT 50 )(r= 0.9240), single to double germ tube type rates(r=0.8598)and the average germ length difference between the longer and the shorter germ tube of the double tube germination type(r=0.8376).The average germ tube length and its variant coefficient had no relationship to virulence.
