死精子症患者顶体酶、核蛋白组型转及精浆超氧化物歧化酶的临床分析

摘要 目的观察死精子症患者的精子顶体酶、核蛋白组型转和精浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化,探讨死精子症患者的精子顶体酶、核蛋白组型转、SOD与CASA有关参数之间的关系。方法2005年9月至2008年3月男科门诊就诊的69例死精子症患者,年龄24~48岁,平均30.57岁。采用精子顶体酶定量、核蛋白组型转半定量、SOD定量和DNA荧光染色精子动(静)态图像分析系统进行检测分析。并以21例正常生育者作为对照。结果本组69例患者中,共有20例发现精子顶体酶异常,占28.99%;14例发现精子核蛋白组型转换异常,占20.29%。与正常生育组相比,死精子症组患者的精子密度、a级精子及a+b级精子百分率差异均有显著性(P<0.01),精子顶体酶差异有显著性(P<0.05),死精子症组患者的核蛋白组型转换半定量值和SOD值无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论死精子症患者的精子顶体酶检测和核蛋白组型转检测有一定的价值,而SOD变化不明显。 Objective To explore the possible therapeutic mechanism of fufangxuanju Capsule and Jujing granulation on necrospermia. Methods Computer assisted sperm analysis , spermatozoa acrosin activity , spermatozoa nucleoprotein transition and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in seminal plasma were performed in 69 cases of necrospermia. The changes of sperm parameters, spermatozoa acrosin activity ,spermatozoa nu- cleoprotein transition and SOD activity before and after the treatment with fufangxuanju Capsule and Jujing gran- ulation were observed. Compared with 21 men on normal fertility. Results Compared with pre-treatment, there was no significant change in sperm concentration,spermatozoa nucleoprotein transition and the activity of SOD ,P 〉 0.05~ But rapid motility,forward motility, percent necrospermia and spermatozoa acrosin activity were changed significantly after the treatment P 〈 0.01. Conclusion Fufangxuanju Capsule and Jujing granulation can signif- icantly improve sperm viability in patients with necrospermia. However, the excellent effects of FUFANGXUAN- JU Capsule and Jujing granulation are not displayed in the changes of SOD activity. Examination of spermatozoa acrosin activity and spermatozoa nucleoprotein transition are value for necrospermia, the change of SOD activity is not.
