摘要
目的探讨肝功能各项目检测对麻疹患者的临床意义。方法将104例麻疹患者,分别在出疹期、恢复期测定血清肝功能。结果104例麻疹患者中发生肝功能损害88例阳性率88%,麻疹患者在出疹期水平明现高于对照组及恢复期。结论肝功能检测可作为麻疹患者病情监测指标。
Objective To study the clinical significance of detecting liver funcdon in patients with measles. Methods Live functions were detected in rash issue than recovery, respectively in 104 cases with measles. Results The positive rate of live dysfunction in 104 patients was 88% （88/104）, the level of live function parameters were significantly higher in rash issue than recovery and controls. Conclusion Detection of live function could be a marker to monitor the disease.
