随着国家对环保立法的更为严格，铸造废砂的再生利用有着更广泛的前程。铸造废砂的低温二次焙烧，可以降低再生成本，减少二次污染。实验和生产现场验证都表明，再生砂的铸造性能达到并超过新砂。

The reclamation of molding sand is becoming more and more important because of environment protection reinforcement by government. The wasted molding sand can be baked at evaporated temperature with preheating air. The cost and exhaust is lower. The lab test and workshop application has shown that the properties of reclaimed sand is better than new sand.
