摘要
分析了挤压造型湿型砂黏结剂及附加物的性能特点,研究了优化添加剂对型砂性能的影响,并进行了实际生产性试验。结果表明,采用型砂性能优化工艺,可稳定型砂性能,有利于降低铸件表面的铸造缺陷率,提高铸件的品质。
The characteristics of binder and additives for squeezing green molding sand were analyzed. The influence of the optimized additive on molding sand was studied, and the pouring test in production was performed. The results show that using the optimized process for molding sand can stabilize the sand performances, reduce the surface defects and improve the quality of castings.
