摘要
根据多年的铸造生产经验,总结了曲轴箱铸件气孔产生的原因。采用底注式浇注系统、压边溢流冒口,用水基涂料代替醇基涂料等措施,有效地减少了曲轴箱毛坯的气孔缺陷。
The porosity in iron crankshaft box casting was analysed with accumulated experiences. The porosity can be reduced significantly by bottom filling gating system, narrowed overflow riser and waterbased coatings.
