摘要
为了在材料力学性能检测过程中同时观察结构变化,研制了一台微型拉伸装置。该拉伸装置具有体积小、位移精度高(r/65536 step)、拉伸速度精确可调(0.5μm/s-1.5mm/s)等特点。可以在不同的实验温度下,配合同步辐射X射线散射等检测手段,高速实时获得材料在拉伸(压缩)过程中力学性能与不同尺度的微观结构对应关系。
In order to correlate structure with mechanic properties, a mini tensile tester was developed and installed on synchrotron radiation X-ray scattering station at NSRL. The tensile tester is featured by its small size, high-precision offset, adjustable stretching speed and temperature controlled environment for the testing sample. In an X-ray scattering measurement, a high resolution digital camera is attached on the tensile tester to collect the dimension of the sample simultaneously. This allows researchers to obtain the true stress-strain curve.
