摘要
基于蓄热元件磨损程度与蓄热量及烟风阻力的关系,将各影响因素量化后,提出了蓄热元件磨损折算传热量和磨损折算压差的概念,推导了磨损检测的计算模型.根据空气预热器设计参数及数据采集系统(CIS)相关实时参数,实现了600 MW燃煤机组锅炉回转式空气预热器蓄热元件磨损状态的在线检测,为空气预热器的改进与计划大修提供数据依据.
Based on the relationship among wearing degree of the heat storage element, heat stored, air and flue gas resistance, the concepts of converted heat transferred of the heat storage element due to wear and converted pressure difference due to wear were presented after all the influential factors were quantified. The calculation model for wear detection was derived. According to the design parameters of the air preheater and related real-time data from data collecting system (CIS), the on-line detection for wear status of the heat storage elements of the rotary air preheater of 600 MW coal fired boiler can be realized, providing reference data for modification and scheduled overhaul of the air preheater.
