腰椎椎体间融合术应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 腰椎椎体间融合术是重建脊椎稳定性、纠正腰椎异常负荷承载方式的有效方法,随着生物力学研究及内固定技术的迅猛发展,其融合理念的发展日新月异。本文拟就腰椎椎体间融合术的手术路径,融合材料以及影响椎体间融合的因素等问题进行综述,以利于更加有效地了解、利用这一技术。
