此文系中国人工智能学会理事长钟义信教授在 2009 年 9 月 22 日上海市人工智能学会成立大会上的学术报告,后经作者亲自整理撰写而成。文中概括地阐述了人工智能的定义、进展与挑战,提出了"信息-知识-智能转换理论"是信息时代科学技术的灵魂的观点。
This article was written by Professor Zhong Yixin,who is the chairman of the Department of Chinese Society of Artificial Intelligence after reported on the inaugural meeting of Shanghai Institute of Artificial Intelligence on September 22,2009.This paper briefly describes the definition,progress and challenges of artificial intelligence,and proposed the theory of 'information-knowledge-intelligence transformation' which is the soul point view of the scientifical technology at this infomation century.
