摘要
采用X射线荧光光谱法测定了中低合金钢中铝、硅、磷、钛、铬、锰、钒、钴、镍、铜、钨、铋、铌、钼、锡、铅、砷和锑等18个元素。将经验系数法和理论α系数法相结合,用以校正共存元素间的吸收增强效应和谱线重叠影响,其中铅选用L_β做为分析线,以提高其校正曲线的精密度。此方法中各元素的检出限(3s)在1.5~37.6μg·L^(-1)之间。用标准样品或已知样品对方法进行校核,所得测定值与标准值或已知值相符。对同一已知样品分析10次,求得所测定的18个元素的相对标准偏差均小于6%。
Eighteen elements (including A1, Si, P, Ti, Cr, Mn, V, Co, Ni, Cu, W, Bi, Nb, Mo, Sn, Pb, As and Sb) in medium and low alloy steels were determined by XRFS. Interferences due to absorption enhancement and spectral overlapping between the elements were corrected by the methods of experiential coefficients and theoratical a coefficient. Precision of calibration curve for determination of lead was improved by using Lβ as analytical spectral line. Detection limit (3s) was found in the range from 1. 5 to 37. 6 μg·L^-1. Accuracy of the proposed method was verified by analyzing 4 standard or known samples, and the results obtained were checked quite well with the standard or known values. Precision of the method was tesked by analyzing a known sample for 10 separated determinations, values of RSD's found for the 18 elements were found less than 6%.
