针对高压锥形节流阀冲蚀和气蚀失效严重的问题,利用Fluent软件对实际使用中的锥形节流阀内流场分布进行仿真计算,揭示了节流阀冲蚀和气蚀失效的原因,并提出一些减缓失效的方法和使用时的注意事项。分析结果为节流阀的设计和性能优化提供一定的理论依据。

Some mitigation methods and precautions were proposed. The results of the analysis provided the theoretical supports for the design and optimization.
