摘要 原油集输工艺运行参数是以回油温度值在原油凝固点附近为参照进行优化确定,制约了对降温集输潜力的进一步探索与挖潜。以该领域常用研究方法存在的相关局限性为着眼点,综合考虑工质、土壤环境温度、集油管规格及介质流速等工况因素,研制了一套具有较强适用性和可操作性的环状掺水集输工艺模拟试验装置,对于完善油田地面工程试验装备与手段,落实油田节能降耗指标具有重要意义。 In the current crude oil gathering and transportation process, the operating parameters are designed, based on that oil arrival temperature is near freezing point, which restrict further exploration and potentiality of lowering temperature. In this paper, the limitations of commonly research methods are focused and the operating conditions, such as the working fluid, edatope temperature, the pipeline specifications and medium velocity are considered respectively. A set of cyclic watering gathering process simulation test device was developed with strong applicability and operability, which is significant for improving the oilfield ground surface engineering test equipment and achieving the energy saving targets.
