摘要
针对直流驱动与交流变频驱动钻机2种驱动形式的优缺点,结合钻井施工过程中对绞车、转盘、自动送钻及泥浆泵的工艺要求,研究并应用了绞车、转盘与自动送钻用交流变频驱动及泥浆泵用直流驱动2种电驱动形式。实际应用表明,交直流复合驱动钻机结合了钻机2种驱动形式的优点,结构简单,维护方便,综合效益显著。
At present, the analysis was made for the features and weakness of frequency conversion (VFD) drilling rig and direct current (SCR) drilling rig, in consideration of the process requirement for drawworks, rotary table, auto driller, and mud pump. The study was made for the application of frequency conversion (VFD) and direct current (SCR) in drawworks, rotary table and auto driller. The practical application shows that the AC and DC compound driving took the advantage, made structure simple, maintenance easy, and comprehensive benefit significant.
